Hello! I love to immerse myself in my kitchen, and wanted to share some of my healthier recipes with others. I always considered myself to be someone who made good choices in my diet, but I had a big wake-up call when I had my daughter almost two years ago. I got sick to death of reading impossible-to-pronounce ingredients on packages, so I decided to learn to make many things from scratch! All of my recipes are vegetarian (and some vegan, or easily converted to vegan). My Grampa & I spent countless hours in our kitchen, developing our skills through adventurous trial & error. We took great joy in feeding our family, and it is in his memory that I rediscover the kitchen and develop our recipes! I hope you enjoy!
